We can get you a better rate than what your bank will probably quote you. With the amount of business we send banks and other lenders, we get discounted rates that most of their consumers otherwise will not get. It's true that the higher your credit score, the better the rate and terms you can get for your mortgage. As mortgage professionals, we offer help to people with past credit issues. However, if you have good or excellent credit, we especially can help you get even better mortgages than what your banks can offer.

Once you're our client, you get updated at least once a month with the current market, interest rates, etc. We will provide you useful information and tips to save you more money or help you pay down your mortgage faster. If you have a variable rate mortgage, you will know when to lock in as we let you know where the rates are predicted to be heading. We strive to inform, educate and help you long after you have your mortgage deal done with us.

You may get pre-approval with us and secure the best rate for up to 6 months! Getting pre-approved is the best way to secure your lowest rate. You can have your rate held up to 6 months. If the rate comes down by the time you buy, you get the lower rate. If it increases, you still get the lower rate you got pre-approved for. Either way, you win!

Last but not least, we usually get paid for our services by the lender, NOT YOU, and we do not get paid unless we close the deal. That's right, unlike bank employees who get paid no matter what deal they give you, we do not. We save you time by shopping the market for you and doing our best because we only get paid once you get your best mortgage. You may pull your own credit, spend time and deal with frustrations going from bank to bank to compare mortgages...or we can shop dozens of lenders in the time it takes you to book an appointment at your bank.
